All chicken growers and related industry in BC are subject to the BCCMB General Orders Aug 26, 2011. These are the rules and regulations that the chicken-growing industry must know and follow. It is the responsibility of growers to know the General Orders.
To help with understanding the General Orders and the rules in BC, the Board has published user-friendly guides and plain-language sheets that summarize particular conditions and policies.
All guides are a supplementary resource to the General Orders. The General Orders is the final authority.
