Please see attached memo which will end the temporary measures for both under and over marketing effective the start of quota period A-191 (August 25).
The marketing sleeves will revert to normal policy as described in the memo. The Board encourages diligence in A-190 and A-191 as overproduction could result in further national overmarketing penalties.
